Baroque Influencers processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. If we process your personal data, we also do so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the “AVG”).

You are therefore kindly invited to read this privacy statement carefully, and to do so regularly. After all, future amendments cannot be ruled out.

By using our services, websites and/or applications, or purchasing products or services, you are assumed to be aware of, understand and agree to our privacy policy provisions and measures.

Data collection

Baroque Influencers collects, records and processes personal data from its customers, visitors and users of its services and products.

These personal data are data relating to an identifiable individual that you (i) have communicated to us yourself (ii) are assigned by us to you in the context of using our services and products (iii) are obtained by us by using our services and products (iv) that we receive through third parties.

Collected data may be combined to personalize and/or improve our services and products.

Data you communicate to us

When you register to use some parts of our services, register for an event or competition, take out a subscription, place an order, make an enquiry or otherwise enter into an agreement with Baroque Influencers, we process your data for the purpose of executing the agreement or enquiry.

  • First name, surname, address, language preference and date of birth
  • Postal address, e-mail address, telephone number
  • Data relating to education, studies or professional activities
  • Data relating to a purchased service or product
  • Data communicated via forms, competitions, social media, etc.

When using our services and products, based on our legitimate interest to do business, “cookies” may be placed on your device to better tailor the operation to the needs of returning visitors and users and monitor your browsing behaviour, for the purpose of automatic processing profiling.

This may involve the following types of personal data:

  • Data from your social media profiles for which you have consented data to share with us.
  • When using our services and products, information about your device (type, version OS, browser type, unique identifier, etc), location, time, frequency, duration of session, IP address, language, referrer, etc. may be recorded. This helps us understand the use of our services and products to customise and improve the content and experience.

Baroque Influencers may receive information from commercial partners and/or collect publicly available information which we may use for purposes consistent with this privacy policy.

Where necessary to fulfil the purposes set out, personal data will be shared with other entities directly or indirectly related to Baroque Influencers or any other partner of Baroque Influencers. Entities located outside the European Economic Area must ensure processing in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Out of necessity to perform our services

If you wish to use our services and/or products, the collection and/or processing of your data is necessary to provide the services and/or products, offer support, perform billing.

To inform you in the context of marketing about services, products, competitions, offers from Baroque Influencers.

Personalisation and interaction

To best tailor your experience with our services and/or products to your preferences or profile.

Baroque Influencers is in certain cases required to retain and/or share certain data with government agencies.

To understand the use of our services, improve them and determine general trends.

New purposes

In the future, we may use your data for new purposes which are currently not explicitly included our privacy policy. In such case, you will be notified of our updated privacy policy where you have the right not to accept it.

Your Rights

Right of inspection

You have the right to ask us whether we process data about you, if so, and to access that data.

Right of rectification

You have the right to complete incomplete data and/or request a correction of any incorrect data. You can change certain data yourself on your profile page, for other matters please contact us.

Right to erasure

You have the right to have personal data erased if:

  • the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
  • you wish to withdraw your consent
  • you object to further processing
  • this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation
Right to restriction

You have the right, in certain cases, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we hold, the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data, if you consider that our legitimate interest is unfounded, for the period necessary to verify the balancing.

Breach in relation to your personal data

Baroque Influencers makes every effort to protect the personal data we process from loss, misuse or falsification. If a breach of your personal data should nevertheless occur, and this breach poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, Baroque Influencers will notify you of this breach without delay, subject to conditions set out in the AVG.

Minors

Baroque Influencers does not intentionally target the collection of personal data from minors.
If a minor wishes to use our services and/or products, the minor’s parent(s) or legal representative(s) must read this privacy policy and approve its terms, and will exercise their rights as a data subject on behalf of such user.
Baroque Influencers recommends that the parent(s) or legal representative(s) supervise the minor’s use of our services and/or products.
