Who or What Do I Want To Become?

How do I pick the right discipline in college or university? That is the most important question for final-year students in high school. De Studio and UCSIA prepared a course to guide them towards making the "right" choice in line with their personalities and passions. The methodology is based on the jesuit tradition.

In this historical lecture, Professor of Legal History Wim Decock takes us back to the second half of the 19th century. Industrialisation caused an explosion of wealth and poverty. Inequality increased. Tensions rose between the workers and the big industrialists. In their search for spiritual answers to the social question, the Jesuits find inspiration from none other than Leonardus Lessius, one of the most influential Jesuits of the Baroque period.
